JILLIAN BAIER, AU.D., CCC/A
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Baier earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology with a concentration in the Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She went on to obtain her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Towson University. Dr. Baier maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC/A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is license to practice Audiology in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the team at ENT & Allergy of Delaware, Dr. Baier worked in a variety of clinical settings including private practices, ENT offices, and the school district of Philadelphia. She strives to keep herself current on new technology and the latest research in an effort to better serve her patients. Due to her mother’s hearing struggles, Dr. Baier understands firsthand the frustrations that accompany hearing loss. She enjoys working closely with patients and their families to identify their specific hearing needs, deliver exceptional hearing healthcare, and provide a better quality of life through improved communication.
TRAVIS DEPUTY, AU.D., C/ABA
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Deputy joined ENT & Allergy of DE in June, 2015. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology from Bloomsburg University, PA in 2011, and his Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University, PA in 2015. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology.
Travis completed a one year rotation at Clarke School for Hearing and Speech’s main campus in Northampton, Massachusetts, where he worked with many children and adults with severe to profound hearing loss. Travis has seen the effects communication difficulties can have and strives to provide the means to foster and facilitate communication between individuals and their loved ones.
LAUREN J. DOOLITTLE, AU.D., CCC/A
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Doolittle joined the ENT and Allergy of Delaware family in December of 2015. She received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Disorders from The State University of New York at New Paltz. Her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) was earned at the University at Buffalo. Lauren spent one year as an audiology resident at an ENT practice in New York, from here she moved onto a large ENT group in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Her experience includes collaboration with ENT’s and audiologists as a member of cochlear implant and Baha team, hearing aid dispensing, comprehensive audiologic evaluation and vestibular and electrophysiologic evaluation and interpretation. These experiences, in addition to her education have helped develop a strong foundation in research, diagnostic evaluation and counseling of patients and families affected by hearing loss.
Lauren is committed to providing quality hearing health care that meets the unique needs of each patient. She accomplishes this through comprehensive evaluation and by using the most current evidence based practices. In order to stay up to date, she continually educates herself on the latest technology and research available. Some of her professional interests include hearing devices and tinnitus.
Lauren currently holds professional licenses in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She also has a Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.-A) through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
KELLEY FINCK, AU.D
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Finck joined ENT and Allergy of Delaware in March of 2021. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Deaf Studies from Towson University in 2015. Dr. Finck went on to obtain her Doctorate of Audiology from Towson University in 2019. She is licensed to practice Audiology in both Maryland and Delaware. Dr. Finck is board certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Finck has seen patients in ENT, private practice, hospital, and school settings. She has experience treating patients of all ages. Dr. Finck is committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing. By using the latest hearing technology, she is able to find the right solution for any ear. She believes in providing compassionate care to every patient.
MEGAN J. GERHART, AU.D., F/AAA, C/ABA
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Gerhart received her Doctoral Degree from the University of Florida in 2010, and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Pennsylvania State University in 2006. Dr. Gerhart is a licensed Audiologist in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. She is a member of the Educational Audiology Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, as well as certified through the American Board of Audiology.
Dr. Gerhart is committed to enhancing lives through better hearing. She believes in performing the latest in diagnostic testing to thoroughly evaluate the auditory system as a whole. With these findings, a more accurate assessment can be completed to determine the best solution for each individual. She stays current through regular advanced training seminars on the latest technology with industry-leading hearing instrument manufacturers.

MAX GILBANE AU.D, F/AAA, C/ABA
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Gilbane joined ENT & Allergy of Delaware in the Spring of 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Oberlin College, and his Doctorate in Audiology from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
Dr. Gilbane has experience in private practice, major university hospitals, and the VA. Most recently, he completed a year-long clinical rotation at the Jefferson Balance and Hearing Center in Philadelphia. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Auditory Society. He is also board certified by the American Board of Audiology and licensed by the state of Delaware.
Dr. Gilbane’s areas of expertise include diagnostic vestibular testing, diagnostic audiometry, and the fitting, programming, and repair of hearing aids. A firm believer in evidence-based-practice, Dr. Gilbane is committed to providing his patients with compassionate care that is backed by science and tailored to each individual’s needs.
JODI GREENE, AU.D, CCC/A
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Greene joined ENT & Allergy of Delaware in October of 2016. She is a licensed Audiologist in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, and certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association *ASHA). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences from Northern Illinois University in 2000, and her Master of Science degree in Audiology from Rush University in 2003. She is recently obtained her doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D). She spent several years practicing in Chicago as well as Lancaster County, PA, and has primarily worked in medical Ear, Nose and Throat practice settings.
She is committed to helping the hearing impaired and has advanced training in the areas of tinnitus and balance disorders, as well as hearing aid technology. As an advocate for those with hearing disorders, Jodi has been a public speaker on the effects of hearing loss in local markets.
KERRY HERRMANN, AU.D., CCC/A, F/AAA
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Herrmann joined ENT & Allergy of Delaware in March 2009. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree (B.S.Ed.), specializing in Speech-Language Pathology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
Kerry has practiced in ENT offices, private practices, and hospitals as a clinical audiologist, providing basic and advanced diagnostic testing; dispensing hearing aids and other amplification/assistive listening devices; and adjusting/repairing hearing devices ranging from basic through today’s most advanced digital technology.
Kerry is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). She is licensed to practice Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
RYAN HICKMAN, AU.D.
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Ryan Hickman joined ENT & Allergy of Delaware in June 2018. He received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2013; his Master’s of Science (M.S.) degree in Hearing, Speech & Language Sciences from Gallaudet University in 2016; and his Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Gallaudet University in 2018. He is board-certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is licensed to practice audiology in the State of Delaware.
Ryan has previously completed clinical rotations in private practices, ENT offices, and hospital settings, including a one-year rotation at a private practice in Florida. His previous clinical experiences have included: hearing aid and BAHA services; vestibular testing; cochlear implant services; and electrophysiological testing. Ryan has worked with a variety of patients; from children to adults, ranging from normal hearing to profound hearing loss. He is dedicated to helping his patients enhance their communication and overall quality of life through improved hearing.
MONICA SONG, MA, CCC/A, F/AAA
Clinical Audiologist
Monica is a Delaware licensed and ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certified Audiologist. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders with a concentration in Audiology from Penn State University in 1991 and a Master of Arts degree in Audiology from the University of Massachusetts in 1993.
Monica started her career in 1993 as a Clinical Audiologist at an ENT practice and as a Dispensing Audiologist at a Hearing Aid Dispensing Center in Wilmington, Delaware. She has extensive experience providing diagnostic testing and dispensing a wide range of hearing aids available today to children and adults. Monica’s main focus is to provide patients and their families with care and support to maximize their hearing aid experience.
