Jillian Baier, AU.D., CCC/A
Dr. Baier earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology with a concentration in the Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She went on to obtain her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Towson University. Dr. Baier maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC/A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is license to practice Audiology in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Kelley Finck, AU.D
Dr. Finck joined ENT and Allergy of Delaware in March of 2021. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Deaf Studies from Towson University in 2015. Dr. Finck went on to obtain her Doctorate of Audiology from Towson University in 2019. She is licensed to practice Audiology in both Maryland and Delaware. Dr. Finck is board certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Finck has seen patients in ENT, private practice, hospital, and school settings. She has experience treating patients of all ages. Dr. Finck is committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing. By using the latest hearing technology, she is able to find the right solution for any ear. She believes in providing compassionate care to every patient.
Max Gilbane, AU.D, F/AAA, C/ABA
Dr. Gilbane joined ENT & Allergy of Delaware in the Spring of 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Oberlin College, and his Doctorate in Audiology from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
Dr. Gilbane has experience in private practice, major university hospitals, and the VA. Most recently, he completed a year-long clinical rotation at the Jefferson Balance and Hearing Center in Philadelphia. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Auditory Society. He is also board certified by the American Board of Audiology and licensed by the state of Delaware.
Maria Kirifides Au.D.
Dr. Kirifides earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Cognitive Science with a double minor in Disability Studies and Human Development and Family Science from the University of Delaware. She went on to obtain her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Salus University. She is licensed to practice Audiology in Delaware.
Dr. Kirifides has seen patients in ENT, private practice, and hospital settings, where she had experience treating patients of all ages. Dr. Kirifides is committed to helping individuals improve their communication and quality of life through better hearing. By keeping up to date on the latest hearing technology, she is able to find the best fit for her patients.
Annamarie McDermott, Au.D.
Annamarie “Anna” McDermott, Au.D. has more than eight years’ experience in hospital and private practice settings. Most recently she was an Audiologist at Christiana Care Hospital in Newark where she performed hearing evaluations, prescribed hearing aids, and assistive technology and worked to provide the best quality of hearing for patients. Anna has also served as an audiologist in the Baltimore, MD region. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology from Bloomsburg University. She also holds a Doctor of Audiology from Towson University. Anna is thrilled to provide comprehensive, compassionate community care at ENT & Allergy of Delaware.
Ellen Shephard, Au.D.
Dr. Shephard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Mathematics from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA in 2018. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Towson University. She is experienced in adult and pediatric hearing assessments, electrophysiological testing, vestibular evaluation, cochlear implant evaluation and treatment, and more. Dr. Shephard is excited to settle in Delaware and care for patients at ENT & Allergy of Delaware.
Faith Sikorski, Au.D., CCC-A
Faith Sikorski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from Swarthmore College. She then obtained a Doctor of Audiology degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where she additionally completed a specialty track in pediatric audiology. Following Vanderbilt, Faith completed a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship and a clinical audiology externship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a licensed audiologist in Delaware and New Jersey.
Faith has over a decade of professional experience in large hospital settings and most recently in private practice. While highly skilled in pediatric audiology, she also has extensive experience in treating adult patients. Her pediatric background engenders a highly compassionate approach to the care that she provides to patients of all ages. She is committed to the use of evidence-based practice to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
Monica Song, MA, CCC/A, F/AAA
Monica is a Delaware licensed and ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certified Audiologist. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders with a concentration in Audiology from Penn State University in 1991 and a Master of Arts degree in Audiology from the University of Massachusetts in 1993.
Monica started her career in 1993 as a Clinical Audiologist at an ENT practice and as a Dispensing Audiologist at a Hearing Aid Dispensing Center in Wilmington, Delaware. She has extensive experience providing diagnostic testing and dispensing a wide range of hearing aids available today to children and adults. Monica’s main focus is to provide patients and their families with care and support to maximize their hearing aid experience.
Jennifer Stanton, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Jennifer Stanton is a licensed Audiologist in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware.
She is board-certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Stanton earned
a bachelor’s degree in human services from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, her master’s
degree in Audiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center and her Doctorate of Audiology
degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Stanton has been practicing audiology for over
20 years.
She brings extensive experience having worked with pediatric and adult populations in a
wide range of clinical settings, including private practice, hospitals and nursing homes. Her expertise
lies in the evaluation and treatment of hearing loss, with a focus on personalized care using advanced
hearing aid technology and tailored communication strategies. Dr. Stanton is thrilled to join the
ENT and Allergy of Delaware team, where she will continue providing exceptional care and
helping patients achieve their best hearing health
