Dr. Shephard was attentive, informative, and a pleasure to have attending. This was my first time visiting an audiologist so I was unsure of what options/requests were available. Dr. Shephard had taken note of my profession in live sound and offered to do a hearing test that spanned the full spectrum of hearing. This was exactly the kind of baseline I wanted done and it was reassuring that she suggested this without needing to be prompted. I also greatly appreciated that she would explain what a procedure would entail and explained my results plainly. Her instructions and explanations were clear and concise but she was more than happy to share more information if I requested. She answered my questions. She took the time to explain what might be the problem with my hearing aid. Because my hearing aid was so old they had to find equipment that could handle it. They found it and had checked that everything looked good I told him about my cone that seemed to be the wrong size, she found a smaller size and I tried it on and it worked perfectly.
