Swar Vimawala, M.D.

Dr. Swar Vimawala is a highly trained otolaryngologist with advanced expertise in head and neck surgery, including complex oncologic care and microvascular reconstruction. He is committed to delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care, helping individuals navigate both routine ENT concerns and more complex conditions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Dr. Vimawala completed his medical degree at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, followed by a rigorous residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Cooper University Health Care, where he served as Clinical Instructor of Surgery and trained the next generation of physicians. He completed an advanced fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where he advanced his specialization in the surgical treatment of head and neck cancers and complex reconstructive procedures.

With this advanced training, Dr. Vimawala provides patients with access to the latest surgical techniques and evidence-based care for conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. His clinical approach emphasizes clear communication, shared decision-making, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring patients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Dr. Vimawala is also deeply engaged in research and innovation, having contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and national presentations focused on improving outcomes in head and neck cancer, sinus and skull base surgery, and reconstructive techniques.
