Notice of Security Incident Involving Third-Party Vendor

ENT & Allergy of Delaware is providing notice of a recent security incident involving TriZetto, a third-party vendor used by our medical records partner.

The incident primarily affected communications related to insurance companies. At this time, there is no evidence that ENT & Allergy of Delaware’s systems were compromised. However, because there is a possibility that confidential patient information may have been vulnerable, we are notifying our patients and the public out of an abundance of caution.

TriZetto is conducting its own investigation and will notify any individuals determined to be affected directly, including providing additional information and guidance as appropriate.
