Natalie Chiapetta
Natalie is a Speech-Language Pathologist, with a concentration in voice, swallowing and upper airway disorders. Her passion for the voice stems from her deep-seated love for singing. As a trained operatic vocalist, Natalie earned a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from Catholic University, followed by a Master of Science in speech-language pathology from Northwestern University.
She then became part of the interdisciplinary team at NYU Langone Voice Center for the last several years, treating singers, public speakers, and non-professional voice users. She also served as an adjunct professor at NYU teaching graduate students enrolled in the speech pathology program, who are interested in voice disorders, as well as a clinical supervisor for students.
She performs stroboscopic laryngeal evaluations with both rigid and flexible endoscopy, Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), and all associated therapies. She enjoys working with singers as well as vocal professionals, and transgender voice patients.
